General Questions

Urban Move is founded in Miami, Florida. Our main manufacture facility is located in Los Angeles, California. The company also operates with warehouses located in South America, United Kingdom and China.

Normally, it takes 24 to 48 hours for our customer service team to reply but feel free to send us a follow-up email just in case you haven't heard anything from us.

Yes! Urban Move is working directly with Afterpay. You can pay in monthly installments with no additional fee.

Yes! Our customers are now able to checkout and pay with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Ethereum, Litecoin, or USD Coin.

Returns

Urban Move does offer exchange but only for the same purchased product. For example, if you have received your order but you have picked the wrong size or color, no worries we’ve got your back!

In 15 days of package delivery you can make the exchange by submitting your request in our Return Portal. For more information visit our Return & Exchange policy and follow the provided steps.

Refunds are accepted only via Store Credit in the form of an Urban Move E-Gift Card. Every customer that has received damaged/defective item or wrong product is eligible to issue a refund within 10 days period after delivery. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

Urban Move offers free Exchange + $10 Store Credit if your item is defective. Kindly note, that all issues must be reported within 10 days of package delivery. For more information visit our Return & Exchange policy and follow the provided steps.

If one of the products or the entire order doesn't match what you have purchased from Urban Move, then we will take care of this issue. Please notify us in 10 days after package delivery in order to verify your request. For more information visit our Return & Exchange.

Urban Move reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1. An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “Wardrobing”.

2. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

3. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

After getting familiar with our Return & Exchange Policy then head up to our Return Portal and follow the steps.

Shipping & Customs

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Los Angeles, United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Kindly note, that we don't ship during the weekends.

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order since the products are made on demand and are custom-tailored.

After that, it will take 2 to 4 business days for delivery in the United States, and 5 to 7 business days for International orders (depending upon location).

There will also be expected delays to all shipments in a holiday season, due to the heavy volume of shipments that our shipping partners have to handle. Also, there might be expected delays in most shipments of the affected country/state, due to natural occurrences i.e blizzard, pandemic, etc.

We are constantly working on improving our operation and shipping procedures with our shipping partners. We sincerely apologize to our customers if any inconvenience caused regarding the shipping time.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. 

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped out.
