The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time
- Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging takes up to 5 to 7 days since the products are made on demand and are custom-tailored.
2. Introducing Delivery Options
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA to desired location.
- Domestic: Delivery in the United States usually takes 3 to 7 days using “United States Postal Service” (USPS)
- International: International delivery usually takes about 10 to 17 days depending on your location using "United States Postal Service" (USPS)
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Urban Move may require additional information to verify your payment and will contact you directly if this is the case. We appreciate your understanding and quick response so your order is not delayed.
Track Your Order
Urban Move will notify you of your tracking information via email once your order ships. Kindly note, that sometimes those emails go to your Spam folder, thus, double-check there as well if you haven't received your email tracking info in 5 to 8 business days, if it’s still missing please contact us at email@example.com. To check your package status and location you can insert your tracking code on our “Track My Order” page.
